Sprint Project: 3D printed Inferior Dental Nerve Block training materials

    Project Details

    Description

A proof of concept set of materials for a training tool, for Inferior Dental Nerve Block or ID block for short. This required a digital model of at least a jawbone, with teeth and gums (but as separate mouldable components) so they can be used either as a single printed object, or as a mould for casting future training tools. The project is to explore a way to produce these cheaply and efficiently for use where digital training is less supported.
