Supporting newly qualified Practitioners through Schwarz Rounds

This is an HEE (Now NHSE) funded project to support newly qualified nurses, midwives and allied health professionals in their first years by introducing Schwartz Rounds across the Hampshire and IoW ICB footprint, both in our NHS trusts and in Universities. The Trust involved are:

- Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
- Isle of Wight NHS Trust
- Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust
- Solent NHS Trust,
- Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust
- University Hospital Southampton

The project involves a number of Universities from along the South Coast:

- University of Portsmouth - primarily responsible for HR elements of the project
- University of Southampton - project management and research
- University of Bournemouth
- University of Winchester

The project is currently in progress with Schwartz Rounds being delivered and evaluated.
