Description
This project will study the current landscape of research and innovation in Vietnam, and develop a fit-for-purpose framework for the assessment of research and knowledge transfer in Vietnamese higher education institutions. It is hoped that the framework will help develop the capacity and environment of research, working towards academic excellence in Vietnam.
