Unpicking the genetic and genomic drivers of floral size change

    Project Details

    Description

Project to investigate the role of chromosomal change, and genomic structural variation in determining changes in organ size (leaf, flower) of closely related tobacco species from Australia. This will impact our understanding of how genomic changes relate to phenotypic changes for key traits involved in adaptation and reproduction, i.e., those that are impacted by climate change and pollinator availability.
