Description
This was the second Internet Project and continued the investigations into caught in the act filters to assist in using the Internet and collaborative filtering to guide browser users. The computer screen pointers created during the first project were refined and further progress was made with research onto machine intelligence.
Intelligent systems to attract customers were created to increase website performance and integrate IT systems. The integrated IT systems were used to monitor decay in website performance.
New work investigated engineering governance through the provision of intelligent monitoring systems and post processing methods that improve the classification of data within two-dimensional clusters.

Key findings
The improvement of website performance was demonstrated.
Together with that and integrating IT systems then customer generation was increased.
Integrated IT systems were demonstrated monitoring decay in website performance following attempts at individual improvements.
New intelligent monitoring systems were demonstrated that improved engineering governance.
A new post processing method was demonstrated that acts on two-dimensional clusters of user data to produce dead bands and improve classification.
