Description
This project is looking to identify new indicators of food fraud from a variety of public and commercial datasets, with the intention of creating a predictive tool in the future to highlight areas of increased risk of fraud.
Key findings
Available data is inadequate for this task in general but techniques were successfully applied to smaller datasets on specific food areas
