Description
The Local Economic Partnership, PUSH (Portsmouth and Urban South Hampshire) links business growth to enhanced leadership and management skills, yet women often lack confidence in their abilities, credit other people for their success, and are too quick to dismiss their own achievements (Alison Rose Review, 2019). In particular, empirical studies have identified the particular need for female entrepreneurs to develop their communication and self-promotional skills (Thompson-Whiteside et al., 2018, 2021).
