介護職員の高齢者ケアに関する認識の日韓比較研究

The purpose of this study was to compare the perceptions of elderly care of Japanese and Korean caregivers and examine differences and issues between the two countries. In Japan, 345 questionnaires were mailed to 9 facilities, and 265 questionnaires were mailed to 6 facilities in Korea. In Japan, 195 responses (effective recovery rate of 56.5%) and 147 responses in Korea (effective recovery rate of 55.5%) were received. In this paper, we analyzed data from Japan (137 persons) and South Korea (139 persons) to analyze only nursing staff. According to this study, Japanese nursing staff are recognized as “professional and socially meaningful work” for nursing care, compared to Korean nursing staff. It turns out that he recognizes as "low work". It is thought that the low level of recognition leads to low job satisfaction and low self-esteem. On the other hand, South Korean care workers showed high self-esteem, but for this high self-esteem, consider a mechanism to maintain a certain level of care by taking measures such as providing opportunities for business evaluation by third parties. I think it is necessary.
