    Abstract

India is one of the largest and most fascinating emerging industries and we are observing a growing number of research activities focussing on CSR strategies of Indian firms and organisations. On the one hand, these examinations indicate that there is a lot of potential for improvement with regard to effective labour rights and environmentally-friendly business solutions. On the other hand, we detect some very interesting innovative and culturally adaptive CSR approaches in different Indian sectors which serve as an important source for innovation, learning, and global advancement in the field of CSR.
