Abstract

A summary guide covering how to use TED and the information contained in it, for those currently unfamiliar with directly accessing TED.
It shows how to access the site, set up an account, access, filter and search the information.
It shows how for example to search procurement information for the services that an architect may provide, within the EU, the individual member states or by regional or local area
It provides guidance on understanding the importance of the CPV (common procurement vocabulary) and NUTS codes (Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics) for setting up search criteria.
It provides a standard form to allow comparative analysis of procurement regimes in the participant nations, for completion by GreenARCH participants to enable better understanding of the different country profiles and levels of activity in the architectural and construction sector.
