Abstract
Edition of six handmade artist books with accompanying soundtrack, May 2013.
A Printers’ Symphony is book and sound piece created from the sounds of the print room: the sticky sound of ink rollers, the rocking of mezzo plates, and the rolling cogs of the etching press. The resulting printed images and marks from these processes are bound together as a musical score.
