Abstract
It is a pleasure to inform you that Dr Alex Ford has been added to the
editorial team as a special issues editor. Alex is currently a Reader in
Biology at the University of Portsmouth (England) having spent time
formerly working as both a marine biologist and ecotoxicologist at
universities in Wales and Scotland (UK). He completed his PhD in 2004
at Edinburgh Napier University. His thesis focussed on intersexuality
and endocrine disruption in crustaceans. His expertise predominantly
lies in invertebrate toxicology. He is studying the effects of a wide range
