Assessing the Current Use, Perception, and Knowledge of Cryotherapy Laboratory Clients

Cryotherapy Labs Limited (Cryolabs) contracted the University of Portsmouth to assess the current use, perception, and knowledge of their clients. The research was undertaken in two phases; first an online survey and then a focus group (both detailed later). Phases 1 and 2 determined aspects such as how regular individuals used whole body cryotherapy (WBC), why they initially started using WBC, why do they use it now, what is their perception and knowledge of the interventions and the purported mechanism(s) by which it may be beneficial. The data and results from these two phases are provided herein.
