Abstract
This poster examines how authentic assessments across Marketing programmes at the University of Portsmouth enhance employability by developing soft skills through real-world projects. Partnering with employers and accreditation bodies, assessments now involve live client work. Early results show improved engagement, employability, and reduced plagiarism, though challenges remain in aligning academic goals with business needs and sustaining partnerships.
