Abstract

In this Guest Editorial for the special issue on organizational and systemic approaches to sport psychology practice, I reflect on the recent practice developments in this sub-field, incorporate related lines of work, clarify key terms, and offer a call to action for the sport psychologists to move beyond the athlete bubble and to embrace organizational, relational and systems-led approaches to practice.
