note = "The National Gallery Highlights has been developed together with the companion guide [due to be published in 2024] for the gallery's bicentenary celebration in 2024. This comprehensive scholarly title has been updated with new information/discoveries about the paintings. The structure of the book has been re-designed to give the audience a comfortable reading experience. The companion guide is translated from English and available in 6 additional languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin. The design is tightly knit to its sister publication 'The National Gallery Highlights'. My role involved the design of both publications in close collaboration with the Gallery that spread across almost 2 years, this involved not only the design but page planning, content regulation, material selection, print and production. The design and grids also had to incorporate the translation into multiple languages. Although the translation have been carried out by an external organisation, I had to check and input design comments.
