Abstract
This article was written about the time of the Copenhagen Climate Summit in December 2009 to advocate that the developing countries deserve justice in the context of climate change and the obligations of the developed countries to help them for climate change mitigation and adaptation. The thrust of the piece was that without the establishment of the provisions for such justice, no climate summit would be successful.
