    Abstract

    How can Fashion Retailer Cos successfully improve their customer experience for consumers when shopping for their brand across multi channels? In this report the aim was to understand the brand strategy of Cos and the effect of the brand strategy on customer experience, to look at any issues and how to create a brand strategy to manage those issues in the future.
