Abstract

Countermeasure 2 is a UNEP led programme funded by the government of Japan to help reduce and eliminate plastic litter from rivers, and ultimately the ocean. Stemming from the Osaka Blue Ocean Vision, this work provides a series of factsheets of multiple South East Asian countries and their policies centred on plastic.
