Developing international arbitration culture in Asia

The present century is the Asian Century and there will be increasingly more international business and trade activities in Asia. It is anticipated that increasing number of disputes will follow from such activities. It is time that international alternative dispute resolution is developed for the benefit of the international business community. The author has signposted the prospective steps that should be followed to develop international arbitration culture in Asia.
