Economic aspects of european fisheries policies: conclusions of the 1998-2000 concerted action, economics and the common fisheries policy and implications for the CFP after 2002

The aim of this Concerted Action was to promote an active exchange of experiences, analyses and ideas between European economists on the present and future management of Europe's marine capture fisheries. A series of international workshops were organised, each focusing on a key economic issue in fisheries management within the context of European fisheries, the Common Fisheries Policy and the basic instruments of European integration.
