Abstract
This editorial provides an overview of the Special Issue of Technological Forecasting & Social Change on "Social Customer Journey - Behavioural and Social Implications of Digitally Disruptive Environment" and collates insights from the papers accepted for inclusion in this special issue. Fifteen articles on a variety of topics relevant to this special issue have been accepted for publication. These articles examine the behavioural and social implications of a digitally disruptive environment from a variety of theoretical, contextual, and methodological perspectives.
