Abstract

This review profiles a wide range of frauds which affect individuals and small businesses. In particular, it looks at mass marketing, identity and small business fraud. The review highlights the diversity within fraud including who perpetrates it. The report also shows the level of innovation and skill involved in committing fraud, thus coining the word ‘scampreneurs’ to describe these criminals.
