Abstract
Researchers and practitioners alike strive to address health inequalities, yet often encounter systemic barriers that hinder their efforts. This article reflects on undertaking a PhD and highlights the need for creative and interdisciplinary methods. It reflects on navigating NHS constraints while embracing innovative research strategies to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of health interventions.
