Integration of digital tools in the metabolism of the city

Urban governance and city planning are complex decisional processes where often, despite the increased popularity of participatory processes, there is a lack of tools and bespoke interface between government and citizens on collaborative planning models. As a result, participation is often confined to a few that have spare me to dedicate to it and to attend difficult to find consultation meetings. However, participation in planning the city should be accessible to all at all times not only to adapt and conform our cities to people's needs but also to foster a culture of democratic citizenship and ultimately contribute to increase resilient capacity of the communities.
