Abstract

Inclusion was commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions to carry out an international systematic review of transitional employment literature and research, and a mapping survey of Intermediate Labour Markets (ILMs) in the UK. This involved an electronic survey of ILMs to collect management data and other more general information. The research identified best practice and ‘what works’ in transitional employment programmes.
