Abstract

This chapter explores the concept of curriculum design and internationalisation with reference to recent literature and university position statements. Specifically, the chapter analyses the implications of internationalising sport management curricula and examines the practical realities of implementation. Topics such as Study Abroad, Exchange programmes, international internships, Service Learning, Dual Awards as well as shorter mobility opportunities are considered within the overall exploration of the concept of ‘internationalising’ curricula.
