It is time for Asia to co-operate on energy supplies

In response to the Energy Charter Treaty - the main purpose of which to ensure energy security to the member states - the author advocates that the adoption of such a treaty mutatis mutandis in Asia will also guarantee co-operation among the Asian countries towards energy security and even stability of their relationships.
