Le discours de gestion dans un centre de jour pour homme et femmes handicapés mentaux = Managerial discourses in a day service for men and women with learning difficulties

Cette étude a pour objet d'analyser le discours employé dans un rapport produit par l'équipe d'encadrement d'un centre de jour pour hommes et femmes handicapés mentaux. Trois discours interconnectés étaient identifiés : le "discours sur la mission du centre de jour", le "discours sur les besoins" et le "discours sur la responsabilité". Ces discours sont présentés en termes des actions et des idéologies sociales qui leur sont associées. L'auteur conclut que l'équipe d'encadrement de ce centre de jour ne se base pas sur un modèle social du handicap. = This study aims to analyze the speech used in a report produced by the management team of a day center for mentally handicapped men and women. Three interconnected discourses were identified: the "Sermon on the mission of the day care center", the "discourse needs" and "discourse of responsibility." These speeches are presented in terms of equity and social ideologies associated with them. The author concludes that the management team of this day center is not based on a social model of disability.
