Abstract

This paper presents a two-phase analysis approach to develop a comprehensive green car adoption model that incorporates government, consumer, and manufacturer perspectives. In the first phase, individual preference models are created for each stakeholder. Consumer and manufacturer adoption models are derived directly from total sales and total profit, respectively, while the government model is constructed using the Dominance-based Rough Set Approach (DRSA) to consider various influencing factors. In the second phase, these stakeholder-specific models are aggregated using a rank aggregation method to generate a unified green car adoption model. The resulting model reflects collective preferences, providing a framework for informed green car policy-making.
