Abstract

A 3,000 word post for the UK Labour Law Blog on the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Bill, how we got here and how else protection could be achieved (keeping conceptual vicarious/secondary and primary liability distinct).

This UK Labour Law Blog, supported by UCL Laws, is a forum for academics, practising lawyers and those engaged in labour law policies to provide expert analysis of labour law matters. It welcomes both commentaries on significant legal developments, and theoretical analyses of broader labour law issues, including book reviews.
