Litigation under double liability of banks regime: case study of Ukraine

Abstract

This article is a follow-up analysis of the functioning of the double liability of banks which focuses on the aspect of litigation using the example of Ukraine. It provides an overview of judgments decided by the country’s Supreme Court dealing with banks shareholders’ claims against the central bank’s declarations of insolvency.
