Supportive information systems, such as the order configurator is a powerful knowledge based tool that facilitates and controls key business processes including customer interaction and order taking. Intelligent dynamic costing is a method of assigning costs to each order that is predicting costs nearly equivalent to actual and is providing great support to managing the business.
