Abstract
This article reports on a single case study of anti-social behaviour focussed on a household with a severely disabled child. The case is presented as a collaboration between a researcher and the adult member of the household targeted. The case has been the subject of a great deal
of media coverage, as well as an independent Home Office review. Comparisons are made with the Pilkington case, in which a mother killed herself and her disabled daughter, following years of being the target of anti-social behaviour.
