Abstract

The necessity to formalize knowledge produced and used in firms has increased rapidly these last years. Firms become aware of the importance of the immaterial capital owned by their employees which corresponds to their experience and accumulated knowledge about the firm activities. Maintaining this cap ital is a powerful mean to improve the level of performance of the firm. In this paper we present a methodology for inducing a set of collective decision rules representing a generalized description of the preferential information of a group of decision makers involved in a multi-criteria classification
problem to identify company’s crucial knowledge to be capitalized.
