    Abstract

This paper presents a new approach to recommend a suitable Multi-Criteria Decision Making method for a mobility problem from a subset of candidate methods. A sensitivity analysis test is applied to define the most critical criterion and the most critical performance measure. Afterwards a Multi-Criteria Decision Making method is recommended that provided the most robust outcome regarding uncertainty and risk anticipated, with a best compromise between minimum percentage change for the most critical criterion and the most critical performance measure required to alter the ranking of alternatives.
