Abstract
Judith and Lisa gave a introduction to the Referencing Rescue service at the University of Portsmouth -an interactive referencing guide through which users identify the source they would like to reference by choosing options from a series of lists. They are then presented with guidance around referencing and citing that specific source. This service certainly seemedlike a more appealing way of demonstrating referencing to students and staff andit has received positive feedback at their institution, as well as very high usage figures.
