Selling, is sometimes misunderstood and controversial, is never less than essential. Like so much in modern marketing it relies on a trusted, ethical approach, innovation and the capacity to build profitable long0term relationships basedx on a clear understanding of the customer. Given its importance, it is valuable to understand the changing character of selling as well as what makes a great sales manager.
