    Abstract

In summary, the article by House and Tipton is based on the false assumption that forearm-minus-fingertip skin-temperature gradient was never validated. In fact, it was, and it has consistently proven to be a reliable, easy, and inexpensive method of evaluating arterio-venous shunts perfusion.
