Abstract

The purpose of this chapter is to use Ira Levin’s concept of ‘coveralls’ as a catalyst to examine and discuss what are the critical and philosophical issues surrounding contemporary thinking about sustainability, in particular design in relation to sustainable fashion and textiles.
