Study on the evaluation and optimization of sea cucumber resource exploitation in Shandong Province

Abstract

After years of development, the supply capacity of sea cucumber in Shandong province is powerfully guaranteed, the technical system of sea cucumber cultivation is almost complete, the space of sea cucumber cultivation continues to expand, and the construction of e-commerce brand has achieved initial results. However, the exploitation of sea cucumber resource in Shandong province is still in the stage of diminishing returns to scale, and the fluctuation of sea cucumber price is obviously unstable. Meanwhile, there are some realistic problems in the development of sea cucumber resource exploitation, such as the decline of sea cucumber germplasm resource, the weakness of basic research on sea cucumber breeding, the low level of sea cucumber deep-processing, the slow development of sea cucumber brands and e-commerce. Focusing on the high-quality development of sea cucumber industry in Shandong province in the future, it is necessary to specially protect sea cucumber germplasm resource, strengthen the basic research on sea cucumber breeding, deepen the processing of sea cucumber, promote the development of sea cucumber brands, support the e-commerce operation of sea cucumber and consolidate the ability of market regulation and administrative enforcement in practice.
