Abstract

We present the eighth in a series of interviews conducted by Tom Sykes, author of the new travelogue The Years of Travelling Anxiously. In this instalment, graphic designer and University of Portsmouth academic Dan McCabe discusses his own anxiety journey, how he has helped fellow sufferers and how anxiety has a habit of undermining the travel experience. As an academic and anxiety sufferer, Dan advocates for open discussion around mental wellbeing.
