Abstract
This article outlines a case study with a series of interviews from both lecturers and past students of a Further Education course. In a bid to investigate the value of theory-based and practical-based learning in Further Education Outdoor Adventure, it evaluates the perceptions of learners and teachers to assess the impact of both modes of learning.
