Abstract

That Report considered and analysed 132 exercises to measure losses to fraud (and error) which have been undertaken around the world during the last ten years. The exercises were implemented across 32 types of expenditure, to accurately measure the financial cost resulting from fraud and error. 66 of those exercises measured losses in healthcare organisations and this Report undertakes a further analysis in this specific area.
