Abstract
Examines the development of international commercial arbitration in Ukraine. Discusses the pro-arbitration measures of a draft Law submitted to Parliament in 2017 to reform the court system and promote the use of alternative dispute resolution. Analyses data from the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Outlines the revisions to the ICAC Rules, effective on 1 January 2018.
