Abstract
We can all agree that plastic packaging is a huge threat to our natural environment. So, is compostable packaging the eco-friendly solution to the problem?
University of Portsmouth is at the forefront of conducting cutting-edge research on plastics pollution, and in an article for Countryside Jobs Service we reveal that home composting might not be as effective as we thought, with compostable packaging often not breaking down properly in domestic settings.
