Abstract

The Global Support Office (GSO) within Faculty of Business and Law is a department facilitating global activates such as exchange study abroad programmes and maintaining relationships with partner universities abroad.

The main aim of the GSO is to promote exchange programmes to undergraduate business students. The target audience is first year business students who are willing to build a career in international business. Exchange study abroad provides professional and personal benefits and an opportunity to explore a different culture. One of core of the business is to maintain fruitful relationships with various stakeholders such as the student. To achieve this effective communication channels are needed. By improving the digital communication channels such as the website and by designing email marketing campaigns and by organising events the GSO will be able to reach the target audience and promote studying abroad.
