The Special Group in Coaching Psychology (SGCP) was established to provide psychologists with a means of sharing research as well as practical experiences that relate to the psychology of coaching. I joined the SGCP committee as an elected member in 2017. I started my new role in SGCP as the Research Officer (Lead) in July 2019. My main responsibility is to facilitate the society to identify research strategy, manage funded projects, and ensure the best research quality.
