Dr Cheryl Brook
I am an experienced senior manager and trainer, having previously worked in the NHS, the third sector and as an independent training and development consultant prior to moving into higher education. I completed my PhD in management learning at the University of Lancaster in August 2010. My thesis was on the development and practice of action learning in the NHS. I am co-editor of the journal Action Learning: Research and Practice.
Current research is focused on the application of action learning in the UK and around the world. My most recent work has involved looking at the facilitation of action learning facilitators in China.
