I am a Lecturer in the Strategy, Enterprise and Innovation Subject Group at Portsmouth Business School.
Biography
I have joined Portsmouth Business School as a Lecturer in 2018. Since 2015, I have been a PhD student in Strategy, Enterprise and Innovation subject group. Previously, I worked as a civil servant and was involved in many technological and social innovation projects.
Teaching Responsibilities
I teach on a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate modules in the areas of Innovation Management, Public Management, Risk and Research Methods across the Faculty of Business and Law. I am also unit coordinator on following modules
Msc Business and Management ,Innovation and Enterpreneurship Specialism
Msc International Business and Management, Dissertation
Research Interests
My research interests lie in the field of Public Sector Innovation. In particular, I am currently interested in the subjects of barriers to public sector innovation process and tactics to overcome them, collaborative innovation and the impact of context on public sector innovation. I have published a systematic review on the barriers to public sector innovation process and I am happy to collaborate for systematic reviews in the fields of public management and innovation management.
